The Kelowna City Council has approved a marijuana dispensary for its downtown core. The first Kelowna weed store in the city has been approved for what is currently an empty building on Bernard Avenue. In order to meet the demand from residents, there are plans to open at least one more shop in the near future.
This is a good move on behalf of Kelowna council as many residents are pleased with the decision. Many people are looking forward to it finally being legalized and want to be able to purchase marijuana without having to go to other cities for it.
